The Lego Batman Movie was hilarious right from the beginning, though it is not as good as the Lego Movie, it is still a fun film for the whole family!!!

Rating: 4.5 Stars

What I Like:

-The comedy was hilarious from the beginning to end.

-Pays a lot of homage to the history of Batman.

-Excellent voice acting, and brought in many characters not only from Batman lore, but from other films as well.

-More entertaining action animation than the original The Lego Movie.

-Teaches a great lesson on teamwork and family that actually makes Lego Batman vulnerable.

The So So:

-Zach Galifianakis voicing The Joker was the traditional Joker we’re used to, but did his part well to make it campy and fun.

-Didn’t have much heart as The Lego Movie, but the comedy and animation action still made it a fun watch for the whole family.

What I Didn’t Like:

-The way Gotham City was saved in the end was a little stupid for my liking.

Overall:

Even though it lacked the heart of the original movie, it is still fun to watch for the whole family. Batman fans will laugh and reminisce on Batman lore, and kids will enjoy the animated lego action. I guarantee you will laugh, and not be disappointed when you watch it!!!
