Despicable Me 3 may have the usual gags that people love about this franchise, but for me, it is the same predictable mess!!!
Rating: 3 Stars
What I Like:
-It had its moments with its humor and fun animation
-Hearing Steve Carell voicing both Gru and his twin brother Dru was very amusing, and understand how tough that can be doing both voices at the same time
-The youngest daughter, Agnes, is always so cute in these films
The So So:
-The villain, Balthazar Bratt voiced by Trey Parker, was fun to watch at first, but he got really annoying as the movie progressed, and you get tired of hearing all that 80’s music
What I Didn’t Like:
-I pretty much predicted how the story of the film will be once Gru met his long lost twin brother, it was almost frustrating to watch in that regard
-In the movie, Minions, I said that too much of these funny characters was not good, now in this film, it was very underused and really missed them because it is what made this franchise watchable for me
Overall:
Fans of this franchise will continue on enjoying the same spoofs and gags it always brings. As for me, the predictability of this franchise, with this one being the worse, will always make it a level of mediocrity for me. It looks like more will come, but I believe it needs to end on a good note before it becomes too dreadful to bare!!!

(Sidenote: A Dog’s Purpose- It is a feel goos movie that can bring you a lot of emotions, especially if you love dogs. With that said, it really didn’t bring nothing new to the table. You can’t go wrong with films about animals, but it needs to be extra special to bring it out from ok to great. I still can recommend it for the whole family at the very least!!!
