Night School comedy is very sub par, but the lesson in this I do give some credit!!!
Rating: 2.5 Stars
What I Like:
-It does preach some lessons about being who you are, working hard, and not giving up which is a good lesson to teach for teens and even young adults
The So So:
-Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish did have some chemistry but for the wrong reason, their type of comedy is using their mouths to say whatever and being loud, obnoxious, and center of attention at times, only this time it was Haddish more than Hart, I can say the funniest part of this comedy is when they do start to argue and say some funny lines
What I Didn’t Like:
-For a comedy the laughs weren’t really there which is disappointing with a cast of not only Hart and Haddish, they also had Rob Riggle, Romany Malco, and Taran Killam and yet it was still bland, you came to laugh and I didn’t really do that
Overall:
Bottom line, it did fail as a comedy, but I give it credit for the small lessons it bring about believing in yourself. With that said, don’t expect too much out of this comedy or you’ll be greatly disappointed.

(Sidenote: Show Dogs- A kids movie about talking dogs that involves dog shows and police dogs. It is what adults think will be, a movie with a lot of bad puns and jokes that will make their eyes roll. I’m sure kids will enjoy it for what it is. I guess it will be fun seeing Will Arnet getting bit, slapped, and practically man handled for your pleasure. As for me, it’s just that typical kids movie and not much else!!!
