Stuber was a cliched mess, but at least it was a somewhat funny cliched mess!!!

What I Like:

-The premise of this story was interesting at the very least

The So So:

-The comedy was hit and misses, but the hits had me chuckling with the stupidity between Dave Bautista and Kumail Nanjiani, I can say the beginning of the film was more funny than anything else

What I Didn’t Like:

-The whole movie is one cliched buddy cop mess, I mean, even the action looked cliched and I don’t even know how is that possible, I pretty much predicted the whole way through, and in the end, I thought it was a typical cop movie with new humor on Uber

Overall:

As I said before, this film is one cliched mess. Yes it does have it’s funny moments that had me chuckling, but nothing really laugh out loud. I can say the funniest parts were in the trailers. It’s a shame, because I really want to see more of what Kumail Nanjiani has to offer, and see more of a range from Dave Bautista. It is what it is, but it does bring me back memories when I was an Uber drive. That could be a good thing or a bad thing!!!
