Trolls World Tour is slightly better in regard to story and message, but the annoyingness that it does bring can make adults watching it bang their head against a wall!!!

Real Rating: 3.5 Music Genres

What I Like:

-All the different kinds of music it brings, not just pop, it does have something for everyone to enjoy
-I did like the message it brings of setting your differences aside, and coming together, definitely a good message for everyone, not just kids
-I did enjoy the plot twist song “It’s All Love,” rapped by Anderson.Paak, loved the beat by George Clinton and the voice of Mary J. Blige

The So So:

-I did like this story better, even though all the sudden exposition came full blown mercy for this film, regardless, I like the fact that it expands their universe, even though some things don’t make sense

What I Didn’t Like:

-It still has the cringyness from the first film with the annoying protagonist trying to spread love and glitter and all else that is nauseating, add that with a love interest, just makes just to corny, kids may love it, but adults will be thinking of ways of making their kids get out of this stage in life

Overall:

I slightly liked this film better mainly because of the message of tolerance and togetherness. Through music, you see how it was all different, but with the right taste, you can bring it together to make something special. That’s what I liked and appreciate. With that said, all the annoyances and cringeworthy stuff from the first film is still there in full swing. This will still make adults hate it, but this time around maybe find a song or two they like!!!
