No Sudden Move is an interesting crime thriller that keeps you engaged, and shows why Steven Soderbergh is a directing genius!!!

Real Rating: 4 Fedora Hats

What I Like:

-It is an interesting of a 50s crime plan, and how it all went down, it does keep you engaged from beginning to end
-The acting was tremendous with their major cast with Don Cheadle and Benicio Del Toro leading the way, and everybody else contributing, there even is some pleasant surprise cameos in there as well
-Director Steven Soderbergh proved once again why he is a directing genius, the camera work was remarkable, the setting and 50s look was great, and the tense moments really felt gritty where the payoff was worth it

The So So:

-It does take time for things to develop, but if you have patience for the slow burn, you may enjoy what this film has to offer

What I Didn’t Like:

-It got really crazy in the end where it can be confusing, I had to rewind it so I can understand it better

Overall:

This is a good crime thriller that shows why Steven Soderbergh is a directing genius. The acting was sensational, and execution of everything was pretty good. It is a slow burn at times, but you have to be patient, and you need to pay attention in the last half hour or so to know everything that happened. It will make it worth your while!!!
