Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile may have some heartwarming moments, but it is still a huge kids movie trope!!!

What I Like:

-There is a lot of heartwarming scenes that makes it a good enough family movie, the acting for the immediate cast was genuine, and at times fun
-The musical performances was nice to hear as well

The So So:

-It does follow all the steps for a big family movie trope, it is expected to see some slapstick and toilet humor (even though that is unnecessary), but the good kid movie tropes does enhance itself to make it tolerable to watch for parents

What I Didn’t Like:

-The CGI was hard to watch in this

Overall:

Yes, it does have all the tropes for a kids movie, but what did you expect with a movie based on a children’s book of many years. It may not be my biggest cup of tea, but I respect it for what it is. Once you open up to it, it can be fun and heartwarming for your whole family to watch. To me that is what counts the most!!!
